FROM Monday 30th April 2012

1. All urology opinions in normal working hours will be dealt with by the on call Urology FY1/SpR.
   • All GP referrals to be seen in ED by Urology F1 or SpR
   • Admissions to ESS (if <48hrs) or A2 (if >48hrs)
   • All A/E referrals to go to the On call urology team
2. Out of hours emergencies
   • All GP Calls and ED referrals to be directed initially to the Surgical SHO on call and seen by Surgical SHO in the ED- see flowchart
   • The Urology Middle Grade (on call 24/7) will be available for further specific Urology Advice
